We’re looking for our next Executive Director.
The Shalom Project seeks a half-time Executive Director to guide the organization and support our young adult participants.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in non-profit leadership.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Tend to the growth and formation of Shalom Project participants through weekly seminars, individual check-ins, and retreats
Pay attention to emerging needs from participants and the community, and, when appropriate, develop initiatives to respond to needs
Attend regular board meetings and provide a director’s report
Manage and develop partnerships with local organizations and congregations
Coordinate annual fundraising strategy and events
Collaborate with the Connection Developer in planning, coordinating, and attending recruiting events
Field and process participant applications and arrange internships

Salary range:
$29,000 - $34,000
