Julian Harnish

Julian is a 2019 Shalom Project Alumnus who worked with the organization as a Project Manager in 2020 and 2021. Since then he has held various leadership roles at Homefields Care Farm as Farm Supervisor, and Development Coordinator. Since graduating from the program, he has lived in two intentional communities and draws from these experiences to inform his role as Executive Director of The Shalom Project. Outside of work, Julian is a pianist and enjoys playing at local venues and churches.
Amy Boydell Zorrilla

Amy is beginning her role with The Shalom Project in October of 2026 as Outreach Coordinator. Various roles in case management and human resources with non-profit and social service agencies have shaped her career. She has an MA in counseling from Fresno Pacific Seminary.
Amy's first experience with intentional community was as a child when her family served with a ministry in rural Pennsylvania. Formative community experiences since then have included college and seminary, and international development work in Bolivia and Honduras. Pastimes include reading, hiking, baking and exploring the creative arts. Amy and her husband hiked the Camino Ingles in 2024 and she enjoys singing with the Lancaster Symphony Chorus.
